Mindfulness Music and Exercises

Jan's music can be used as a mindfulness exercise (mindful listening) by putting the main focus during the exercise on the music, ie. every time you discover that you are thinking about something while listening, you bring your attention back to the music.
It creates a calm and relaxed atmosphere and is therefore excellent as background music for mindfulness, yoga, reiki and massage sessions, and to generally reduce the stress level during any activity.
